Ingredients
- 1 Cup onion,chopped
- 1 Tsp garlic,minced
- 1 Tsp olive oil
- 1 (16oz) Pkg Velveeta processed cheese
- 1 (10.75oz) can cream of celery soup
- 1-1/2 Cups milk
- 1 (16oz) Pkg angel hair pasta,cooked according to package directions
- 1 (14oz) bag frozen baby broccoli florets,thawed
- 2-1/2 Cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/8 Tsp ground red pepper
- 2 Cups sharp cheddar cheese,shredded
- 1 Cup sliced almonds
Preparation
Step 1
1)Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2)In a large skillet,heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic;cook until onion is tender and begins to brown,about 4 minutes. Add Velveeta,soup and milk;bring to a simmer. Add pasta,broccoli,chicken and red pepper,stirring until mixture is well combines and heated through. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and top evenly with cheddar and almonds. Bake for 25 minutes,or until top is browned and sauce is bubbly. Serve hot.
