Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked wagon wheel pasta
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 (15 oz) can mexican style stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (11 oz) can vacuum packed corn, drained
- 1 (4 oz) can green chiles, undrained
- 1/4 cup cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
Brown the beef and drain off fat.
Add stewed tomatoes, black beans, tomato sauce, corn, and chiles to meat.
Simmer 5-10 min.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Stir in cooked pasta with other ingredients and warm together.
Place mixture into serving dish and sprinkle with cilantro.
