Ingredients

  • 4-6 pork chops
  • 2 c cooked rice
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1/2 can water
  • salt pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook rice as directed. brown pork chops on both sides.

In the same pan as the rice, once cooked, add one can of tomato paste, salt and pepper and water. Mix well.

In a large baking pan, spread a small layer of the rice. Then place the pork chops over that, then cover with rice mixture.

Bake 45 min. in 375 oven
