Baked Salmon with Lemon and Dill

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 T vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large sprigs fresh dill or 1 t dried dill
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat over to 400.
Brush both sides of fish with oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place in baking dish.
Top each fillet with a dill sprig and several lemon slices.
Cover and bake for 15-20 min or until fish flakes with fork.
