Ingredients
- 1-cup (2 sticks) butter
- 3/4 cups of sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup crushed potato chips (Prefer Ruffles)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Powdered Sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolk and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour and mix until incorporated. Add chips and pecans and stir all together. Drop teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake the cookies in a 350 degree oven for 14 minutes or until edges are golden in color. Cool slightly. Roll into the powdered sugar or just dust with the sugar. These cookies freeze well.
