SNICKERDOODLE COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 unbeaten eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 3/4 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat over to 350*

Combine margarine, white sugar and eggs. Stir in flour, tartar, soda and salt. Mix well and chill. Form small walnut-sized balls and roll in mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet two inches apart. Bake.
