Cranberry Pecan Salad

Ingredients

  • Bunch of Romaine lettuce
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4-1/3 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup pecan halves
  • Raspberry dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Wash and tear lettuce.
Drain oranges, and add to lettuce, along with dried cranberries.
Melt sugar in skillet until caramel color. Add pecans to sugar and stir. Cool pecans on an oiled piece of foil.

Serve with raspberry dressing.
