Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts, boned and halved
- Swiss cheese slices
- Ham slices
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
Flatten breasts ( total of 6 when halved)
On each breast place a slice of cheese and ham.
Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
Melt butter in frying pan.
Brown chicken.
Mix soup and milk.
Pour over chicken.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
