Ingredients

  • 1/2 CUP FINELY GRATED PARMIGIANO REGGIANO
  • 1 TEASPOON FLOUR

Preparation

Step 1

STIR TOGETHER CHEESE AND FLOUR.
MAKE TEASPOON SIZED MOUNDS OF CHEESE MIXTURE ON BAKING LINER LEAVING A 2" SPACE BETWEEN MOUNDS.
BAKE CHIPS UNTIL PALE GOLDEN ABOUT 10 MINUTES.
COOL ON BAKING SHEET 2 MINUTES THEN TRANSFER TO A RACK TO COOL COMPLETELY.
