Peanut butter kisses cookies

Sometimes called peanut butter blossoms

Ingredients

• Sift together:
• 1 3/4 cup sifted flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• Cream together:
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/3 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Beat wet ingredients together thoroughly. Blend in dry ingredients.
Shape dough into 1/2-1 inch balls, roll in sugar and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove and place candy kiss in center. Bake of 2 to 5 more minutes.
