Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. Bacon
  • 1/4 Cup Onions, chopped
  • 2 Gallons Great Northern Beans
  • 4 Cups Ketchup
  • 3 1/2 Cups Molasses
  • 2 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar, firmly packed

Preparation

Step 1

Fry, drain and crumble bacon. Saute onions in 2 Tbs. bacon drippings. Drain about 1/2 of liquid from beans. Combine all ingredients in a large roaster or baking pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
