Ingredients
- 1 pound lean pork tenderloin
- 2 small pears
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp sugar free mango chutney (Steel's is what I use)
- 1 tsp ginger root
- 1 clove garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 c chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
Slice pork into 1" slices, brown in olive oil with garlic and salt and pepper.
Add pears, chicken broth, mango chutney.
Simmer until sauce thickens and pears softened...and until pork is desired doneness.
