Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 lbs. kraut
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 8 ounces egg noodles
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion in the butter. Add kraut, salt and pepper. Cook noodles in salted water. Drain and add to kraut. Cook 5 minutes stirring frequently.
