Polish Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 lbs. kraut
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 8 ounces egg noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion in the butter. Add kraut, salt and pepper. Cook noodles in salted water. Drain and add to kraut. Cook 5 minutes stirring frequently.
