Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 large or 6 small tomatoes
- salt, pepper, chives and basil
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Preparation
Step 1
Mix bisquick and milk and roll out between 2 pieces of wax paper. Fit into 10 inch pie pan and peel paper off. Turn edge under and flute.
Peel and cut tomatoes into thick slices and fill pie pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, chives and basil. Cover with topping made with cheese and mayonnaise. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
