Ingredients
- 1/2 English (seedless) cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- Salt to taste for cucumber, about 1 tsp
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 Scallions, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha
- 4 Sesame seed buns
- 4 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce

Step 1
Preheat grill on medium heat. Combine cucumber slices, the vinegar, and a few pinches of salt in a bowl and set aside.
In a big mixing bowl, combine the pork, garlic, ginger, scallions and 1 tsp salt. Shape the patties into four portions.
Grill patties until nicely browned, about 5 minutes on each side. Combine the mayo and sriracha and spread on the bottom of the bun. Spread the hoisin on the top of the bun. Lay a small pile of cucumber on each burger.
