Veal Marsala

Ingredients

  • 12 oz raw veal cutlet
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 can condensed beef broth bouillon and consomme
  • 1 tbsp whipped salted butter
  • 1/2 serving red wine
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1/4 tsp table salt

Preparation

Step 1

dredge veal in 3 tbls flour combine 1 tbls flour and consomme stirring with whisk set aside.
Melt better in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
Add veal, cook 1 minutes turn veal over, cook 1 minute . remove
Add wine to pan scraping pan to loosen browned bits. add consomme mixture. mushrooms and salt bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes or until thick return veal to pan.
