Spinach Cheese Mazo Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz. pkg frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 lb. ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 1 lg. egg
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • pepper
  • 3 7oz. bags shredded mozzarella divided
  • 1 26oz. jar tomato sauce
  • 9 mazo boards

Preparation

Step 1

1.preheat oven 350 degrees
2.combine spinach ricotta,egg, oregano,pepper and 1'2 mozzarella
3.grease 9x13" pan. Ladle thin layer of sauce in bottom. Place 3 mazo boards breaking to fit.
4.Layer 1/2 cheese mixture, sauce. Continue mazo,cheese, sauce, mazo and end with sauce.
5.Top with remaining mozzarella cover and bake 45 minute. Remove cover bake 30 to 40 minutes more.
