Ingredients
- 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 3/4 cup chopped pepperoni
- 1 cup frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 425.
Unroll dough and press into a 10x12 inch rectangle.
Cut into four 6x5 inch rectangles.
Spread each rectangle with 2 T pizza sauce and top with the pepperoni, spinach, and cheese.
Starting at the longest side, roll up jelly roll style and seal the edges.
Cut eachroll into 1/2 inch slices.
Place onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 425 for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from cookie sheet immediately.
