BUFFALO STYLE CHICKEN NUGGETS

Step 1

In a large zip lock baggie crush 1 1/2 c Corn Chex cereal and then mix in 1/2 c Original Bisquick mix, 2 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp seasoned salt, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. In a small bowl mix 1 tbsp vegetable oil and 1 tsp red pepper sauce. Then cut up 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast into 2 inch pieces and pour oil mixture over and mix. Then add about 6 pieces at a time to dry mix and coat well, shake off excess and put on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 425 oven for 10 minutes. I TRIED THIS ON 5/10 AND THE KIDS LOVED IT. I TRIED IT AND IT WAS GOOD. IT DID TAKE LONGER THAN 10 MINUTES THOUGH AS FAR AS COOKING TIME.
