Ingredients
- 1 medium horseradish root(1/2)
- 1 16 oz. can beets
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 3/4 cup white vinegar

1.Peel horseradish and grate in food processor
2.Grate beets & combine
3.Add salt, pepper sugar
4.Add vinegar adjust to taste & mix well
