Chocolate Modeling Clay
This fun edible clay can be used to decorate cakes, or just for your child to sculpt with. Have fun!

Ingredients
- 10 Ounces of chocolate (chopped chunks or chips)
- 1/3 cup light corn syrup
- You will also need a
- Microwave
- Bowl
- Wax Paper
- Spoon
Preparation
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in the microwave for one minute.
Stir. If Chocolate is not melted all the way, microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
Add the corn syrup and blend.
Pour the mixture onto waxed paper.
Spread the chocolate with your fingers over the wax paper until it's about 1/2 inch thick.
Cover loosely with wax paper and allow to stiffen for at least 3 hours.
Mold into different shapes and enjoy!
