Ingredients
- 1 pkg soft corn tortillas
- 8 cooked boneless chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 4 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder (over cheese)
- garlic salt
- salt
- pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Dip tortillas in boil chicken broth and line the bottom and side of a 9x13 baking dish. Layer ingredients in the same order as listed in the baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
serve with sour cream on the side.
