Ingredients

  • 1 (29-ounce) can pumpkin
  • 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 (18.25-ounce) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, salt and spices until well blended and pour batter into a 9โ€ by 13โ€ greased pan.

Sprinkle cake mix on top, and then cover with pecans.

Pour melted butter over the top.

Bake 50 minutes.
