Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sherry cooking wine
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 T soy sauce
- 4 pork chops, 1 inch thick
Preparation
Step 1
In plastic bowl, combine sherry, molasses, and soy sauce.
Pour over pork chops.
Cover and refrigerate 30 min.
Drain chops, and reserve marinade.
Grill chops 20-30 min brushing frequently with marinade. Do not baste during last 5 minutes of grilling.
