Creamy Avocado Lemon Basil Dressing or Dip

Ingredients

• 1 avocado
• Juice from 1 lemon
• 1/2 cup lightly packed fresh basil
• 1-2 cloves garlic
• 1 tsp. agave/honey
• 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Store covered in the fridge. Will keep for about 4-5 days.
