Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2- 1/2 Tbsps. cooking oil
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup powdered milk
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. dry yeast
- Heat water, honey and oil until warm.
- Add 3 cups whole wheat flour,powdered milk,salt, yeast and wheat germ.
- Beat throughly.
- Stir in final 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and white flour.
- Knead 5 minutes.

Knead 5 minutes.
Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 1/2 hours.
Punch down and let rest 10 minutes.
Divide dough and place in 2 greased bread pans.
Cover and let rise until doubled.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour or until done.
