Ingredients
- 8 carrots (remove ends)
- 2 oranges (remove the outer skin)
- 1/2 inch piece of ginger peeled (I like my juice with a kick, so I used 1 full inch)
Preparation
Step 1
Using a juicer, juice all 3 ingredients. Drink immediately. The juice will probably be good for about 24 hours. After that, some of the nutrients may be lost. If you are freezing the juice for popsicles, do so right away to preserve the nutrients.
