Bacon Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf thin sliced white bread (Pepperidge Farm)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Using thin sliced bread that has been frozen remove crust .
Slice each piece of bread in half.
Spread each piece with the softened cream cheese.
Roll up and wrap each piece with half a slice of bacon.
Fasten with a toothpick.
Roll the bacon wrapped roll-up in brown sugar and place on a foil lined cookie sheet with a wire rack on top.
Bake at 350 to 400 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Make sure bacon is done.


You may freeze the roll-ups uncooked and bake as needed.
