Herb Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp.chopped capers
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients.
Refrigerate.
Hollow out a loaf of unsliced bread (rye,italian...).
Fill the opening with the dip.
Cut the removed bread into cubes and use them for dipping.
Amount of dip can be doubled and 2 types of bread can be used
