Flourless Pancakes

Keto cakes. I really like these as a subsitute for regular pancakes. I reccomend adding fruit to them. And if you use gluten free baking powder, it makes these gluten free.

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 t Baking Powder
  • 1/2 t Cinnamon
  • 1/4 t Vanilla
  • Chopped fruit

Preparation

Step 1

Mash bananas in a bowl. Add the eggs + mix to a batter. Add the rest + mix + let sit for 5 mins.
Pre heat pan on medium low heat. Melt oil or butter. Pour in about 3 T of batter or each pancake. Should get about 6 of them. After about 5 mins, check them for color. Flip when brown.Take off whem both sides are brown. Cover in syrup or your favorite topping. Enjoy.
