Fiery Asian Wings

The Asian wings use everything spicy the Orient has to offer. Sriracha, wasabi and chile paste heat up the Far East like fireworks on Chinese New Year!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons chile paste
- 1 tablespoon wasabi
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons scallions, sliced
- on a bias
Preparation
Step 1
The Wings
Line a baking sheet with foil, add wings seasoned with salt and pepper, and cook in a 400° oven for 1 hour. Select one of the sauces below, and immediately toss the wings with sauce.
The Sauce
Combine ingredients in a medium-size mixing bowl, and whisk to combine. Toss with hot wings
