Ingredients
- 2 tsp cooking oil
- 1 lb lean ground beeff
- 1 C choppped onion
- 14 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 T sugar
- 1 T Worcestershire
- 2 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 T vodka
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in large frying pan on medium. Add ground beef and onion. Scramble-fry for about 10 minutes until no longer pink. Drain.
Add next 7 ingredients. Stir. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add vodka.
