Ingredients

    oz. frozen hash browns

  • 1/4

    cup melted butter

  • 1

    cup cream of chicken soup

  • 1

    tsp. salt

  • 1/4

    cup onion (optional)

  • 1/4

    cup green pepper (optional)

  • 10

    oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

  • 16

    oz. sour cream

  • Topping:

  • 2

    cup crushed corn flakes

  • 1/4

    cup melted butter

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Mix corn flake crumbs in melted butter. Spread over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
