Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 T butter
- 2 T minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 T red bell pepper, minced
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay
- 3 T half-and-half
- 1 T spicy brown mustard
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1 lb white claw crab meet
- 1/2 c bread crumbs
- 1/4 c parmesan
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 2 T melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Saute vegetables in butter until limp, about 3 minutes. Add Old Bay, half-and-half, and mustard. Mix well. Add egg, parsley. mixing well. Fold in crab.
Form into 8 patties. Pat topping onto both sides and refrigerate. Bake at 400 for 7-10 minutes on cookie sheet.
