Turkey Meatloaf

Very Tasty and healthy meal. I sometimes use additional ingredients such as mushrooms, spinach, feta.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbspns ketchup
- 2 Tbspns Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 small onion
- 1 tspn olive oil
- 1.3 lbs 99% lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tspn marjoram
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl combine 2 Tbspns ketchup with Worcestershire sauce.
Sauté olive oil and onion until translucent. Remove from heat.
In a medium bowl mix turkey, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup ketchup, salt, pepper, and marjoram. Place mixture into a loaf pan or shape into a loaf and place on a baking pan. Spoon sauce on top in channel.
Bake uncovered for 55-60 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
