This was passed along by a lady who worked at the test kitchens for Duncan Hines. It's what test kitchen cooks use to swab a multitude of pans they use for baking cakes.

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Solid Vegetable Shortening (like Crisco)
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
Preparation
Step 1
Mix thoroughly with an electric mixer. Cover with plastic wrap and store at room temperature for up to 6 months. Wipe this onto pans with a pastry brush or paper towel and it cuts the preparation time in half.
