Ingredients
- 2/3 c ricotta cheese
- 1/4 c chopped fresh basil
- 4 sun dried tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 chicken breasts
- 3/4 tsp Onion & Herb seasoning blend
- Salad
- 8 oz snap peas
- 2 c cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 3/4 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp Onion & Herb seasoning blend
- 1 tbs lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425.
Combine ricotta, basil, sundried tomatoes and garlic.
Cut deep pockets in breast halves and fill with ricotta mixture.
Place chicken in 13x9 pan, season with Onion & Herb seasoning and cook 30-40 minutes.
Salad
Heat pan on Medium. Add snap peas and 2 tsp water. Cook, covered 3 minutes. Uncover and cook until water has evaporated. Add tomatoes, garlic, sugar and seasoning. Cook additional 3 minutes. Stir in Lemon Juice and serve with chicken.
