Ingredients
- Topping:
- 16 oz. fat-free plain yogurt
- 5 tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 cups coarsely chopped fresh fruit
- French Toast:
- 2 medium eggs
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 8 pieces cinnamon swirl bread
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine yogurt and maple syrup in small mixing bowl. Refrigerate.
2. Beat eggs, egg whites, milk and cinnamon in medium bowl. Preheat nonstick skillet over medium heat; lightly coat with cooking spray. Dip bread into egg mixture, coating thoroughly. Cook 2 minutes on each side.
3. To serve, cut warm toast on the diagonal, top with fruit and then yogurt.
