Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 can shoe peg corn (drained)
- 1 can french cut green beans (drained)
- 1 can early peas (drained)
- 1 red onion chopped
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 small jar pimentos (drained)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and set aside
Heat and cool
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup salad oil
3/4 cup white vinegar
When cool, pour over vegetable mixture. Refrigerate. Better if allowed to refrigerate for several hours.
