Ingredients
- 1/2 c granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 3 c evaporated milk
- 2 c flour
- 1 c chocolate chips
- 2 egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c flaked coconut, toasted
- Frosting
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 plus tbsp milk
- 1 c confectioners sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon in medium, heavy-duty sauce pan, gradually stir in evaporated milk, stir in morsels and egg yolks. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is thickened.
Pour chocolate mixture into desert cups. Chill for at least 1 hour. Sprinkle with coconut
