Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • Chicken cutlets – 2 lbs
  • Celery 3 stalks chopped (3/4 c)
  • Cream Cheese – 3 8 oz pkgs
  • Buffalo wing hot sauce – 1/2c for mild (add more if you like hot)
  • Cheddar cheese – 16oz pkg

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

Cook chicken cutlets in a little water in frying pan until fully cooked. Shred into bite size pieces. Mix together cream cheese and hot sauce. Mix in celery, chicken and 8 oz of cheddar cheese. Spread into 9x13 pan. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake 30- 40 min until cheese browns.
Serve with crackers, celery sticks or Tostitos
