- 3 tomatoes
- 1/2 English cucumber
- 1/4 onion

- 1 cup Yoplait® Greek plain yogurt

- 1/4 cup minced cucumber

Dice prep and mix the salsa ingredients together. Dice prep and combine the tzatzkiki ingredients. Dice prep and combine the marinade ingredients.

Mix the chicken into the marinade and allow to sit for an hour. Meanwhile, slice the onion into thin rounds.

Grill the onion until browned. Remove from the grill. Grill the chicken until fully cooked, about 25 minutes on low. Remove from the grill. Grill the tortillas just to brown slightly before building your tacos.

Start with a tortilla, add some chicken, then grilled onion, then feta, followed by salsa and finally, tzatziki.
