Mini Bacon Quiches

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 med tomato & 1/2 small onion, both chopped
  • 3 oz grated seiss cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c mayo
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 (10 oz) can flaky refrig biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients, except biscuits.
Seperate each biscuit horizontally into 3 thinner biscuits. Place each lice over mini muffin pan cup. Make indentation in middle. Fill each cup with cheese mixture.
Bake 10 - 12 min @ 375^
