Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons maynonnaise
  • 1 8 ounce sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons pimento, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Cream all ingredients together and add to taste; garlic salt, tabasco sauce, and salt. Form into balls and chill for two days. Before serving roll in parsley or chopped nuts.
