Combine water, sugar and orange rind in a saucepan. Stir until sugar dissolves. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Remove rind and let cool. Add orange and lemon juice and place in refrigerator until cold. Turn ice-cream machine on and pour into machine and let churn for 25 minutes or until sorbet consistency. Pour into plastic container and seal. Let freeze for 1 hour before serving.
