    tablespoons chopped shallots

  • ½

    teaspoon kosher salt

  • ¼

    teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • 8

    ounces trimmed haricots verts (French green beans)

  • 1

    tablespoon pine nuts, toasted

Directions

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add next 4 ingredients (through haricots verts) to pan; cook 6 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle evenly with nuts.
