Ingredients
- 2 t paprika
- 1 t brown sugar
- Kosher salt & pepper
- 1 1/2 lb sirloin steak
- 1/4 C EVOO
- 3 thinly sliced garlic cloves
- 2 thinly sliced med, shallots
- 1 T capers
- 1 t chopped sage
- 8 seeded, chopped piquillo peppers
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 1/2 t Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
In bowl, mix paprika, brown sugar, 2 t kosher salt & 1 t pepper. Pat mixture all over steak.
In small skille, heat olive oil; add garlic, shallot & capers & cook until softened, @3 min.
Stir in sage & cook 1 min. Add piquillos,, mustard & Worcestershire; simmer over mod heat 15 min., stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, heat grill. Grill steak 12 min, turning once to 130 temperature. Let rest 5 min., then slice & serve with piquillo sauce.
