Boursin Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cream cheese
  • 8 oz whipped butter at room temp
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp basil, dill, marjoram, pepper, thyme

Preparation

Step 1

Place the cream cheese and butter in food processor. With processor running, add all spices and blend until well mixed. Try a pat of this on a steak!
