Ingredients
- 1 lb large strawberries
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 4 TB powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Jimmies
Preparation
Step 1
rinse strawberries and cut around the top of the strawberry. Remove top, (enough for a hat), clean out strawberries, set aside. In bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Fill strawberries with mixture. Top with the hats and decorate; jimmies for eyes and a dot of filling for buttons and top of hat. Refrigerate until ready to serve
