Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese, non-fat
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, lowfat
- 1 tablespoon pimiento, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Blenderize cottage cheese until smooth. Grate cheddar cheese. Combine all ingredients wxcept parsley in a medium bowl. Chill in the freezer for 30 minutes and then form into a ball. Roll in parsley and serve on a plate with low-fat wheat crackers.
